Description: Las Ramblas accommodation is located on Las Ramblas, at one of the most exciting and vibrant spots in Barcelona, with excellent views over Las Ramblas and just a few minutes walk from Colombus statue, the harbour, the beach, the Cathedral, Opera Theatre Liceu, La Boqueria big Market and the Gothic Quarter. Also within walking distance are Gaudis architectural masterpieces, Casa Batlló, Casa Milà , and La Pedrera. Despite its modern facilities, this building has been completely refurbished retaining its Classical character which dates back to the19th century. All of the rooms are cosy and comfortable and are furnished with a kingsize double bed, closet. (One room has twin beds). All of the rooms have a fully-equipped modern kitchen and renovated bathrooms. There is also access to 7 different balconies from the accomodations. The price includes 7% VAT, bed linen and towels, and cleaning upon departure is 30 eur . We offer free 24 hour WI-FI high-speed internet connection in all the apartments if you bring your laptop. This is a family-orientated accommodation so there are no stag or hen parties allowed. This completely refurbished four-storey property has a reception room, a fully-equipped modern kitchen and renovated bathrooms in all of the apartments. The 2nd floor offers 7 balconies with excellent views over Las Ramblas, a large livingroom, en suite bathrooms to the 2 main bedrooms and 2 shower rooms and WC for the 3 other rooms. There are also two apartments located on the 4th floor of the same building, with a small elevator for maximum 2 people. One of the apartments has an excellent view over Las Ramblas with three rooms and one large bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. The other apartment offers three rooms, 3 en suite bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Please note: The minimum length of stay is 2 nights. This is a family-oriented environment so no stag or hen parties are allowed. All properties are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Directions: The address is 36, Las Ramblas, which is on the corner with Calle Escudellers and Plaza del Teatre (its across the road from the theatre) Youll see a big statue of a man in stone just outside the building. Its on the 2nd floor, and the buzzer is RAMBLAS APARTMENT. Please, do not ring anyone else buzzer to not disturb the neighbors.Please notify me if there is any delay, or if you have any trouble finding the property, because I'll be waiting for you 30 minutes from your arrival time to the accommodation.
