Description: Casanova Home is a cosy accommodation located in the heart of the elegant Eixample, the shopping district, where one can sample the most attractive restaurants in Barcelona. Just a five minute walk away you will find world reknown modernist architecture such as Gaudis amazing masterpices of La Pedrera and Casa Batllo on Passeig de Gracia, Barcelonas main avenue. Also just nearby is Rambla Catalunya where you can stroll in ease, shop the boutiques, and enjoy the outdoor terraces of the local restaurants. The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau building, locally referred to as finca reggia, which is dated from begining of the century. It has recently been renovated but kept in tact are the original high ceilings and . All of the bedrooms have balconies with tall windows and lots of light. There is one fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a balcony, and two recently refurbished bathrooms to share bewtween 3 rooms. There is also a free high speed internet WI-FI connection available 24 hours. The price includes 7% VAT, bed linen, towels, and cleaning upon departure.City tax must be paid upon arrival of 0,75 per personper night, with a maximum charge per person per stay of 5,25. This tax will apply only for stays as from 1st November 2012

It's on the corner with Calle Casanova, opposite the Hospital Clinic Medical School.I'll be waiting for you upstairs inside of the apartment during 30 minutes from your expected arrival time to the apartment. Please provide me with your arrival details, such as arrival time to the airport and name of the airport, before the arrival date. You can do this in the mystay website, or sending an email, a text message or calling me through Laterooms. Please let me know if there's any delay, or if you have any trouble finding the property.Please note there will be a charge of 15 EUR for arrivals after 23.00h. Please note the earliest you can leave your luggage is at 10.00 am and the latest to check in is at 2.00 am.
