Description: This vacation rental DF Villarroel Centre 3C located within the Eixample district in Barcelona and it is located in a recently refurbished building. The holiday apartment can facilitate up to 6 guests. The living room is decorated in a modern fashion; it has a dining area for six persons, a comfortable sofa and a flat panel television with DVD player. The main bedroom has a large double bed that can be shared in two single ones (upon request), a large wardrobe and two bed side tables. The second bedroom has 1 single bed, a wardrobe, bed side tables and lamps. The other bedroom has 1 single bed with bed side table. The bathroom in the apartment is complete with a shower, sink and toilets.There is also a large American kitchen complete with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, pots and pans etc.The whole apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning for your comfort, and a safe Bed linen, sheets and towels are provided upon your arrival.
Directions: The Eixample is the modernist residential and commercial area which stems upwards and outwards from the Plaza Catalunya, its famous grid system of straight streets designed in the 1860s to accommodate the old citys swelling population.The area is generally talked about in terms of its left side (of Paseo de Gracia) and right side. Gaudis iconic Sagrada Familia church sits on the right side. Most of the apartments in the Eixample are within easy walking distance from Paseo de Gracia with its two wonderful modernist period buildings by Antoni Gaudi and other architects.The Eixample is very well connected, and from here you can easily walk or take buses or taxis to the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas for attractions such as the Picasso museum and the Cathedral. There are endless restaurants and street cafes to relax in throughout the area, which is full of stunning modernist buildings adorned with intricate stone and iron facades.
