In a building of the beginning of the century, renovated with taste and care, it is located on the 5th floor with elevator going up only to the 4th floor. The owner completed the refurbishment in November 2008, updating the antic features and adding up modern amenities for its clients. It is composed of a living area with the sofa corner, dining and the fully-equipped kitchen. The separate bedrooms can be accesed from here. One of them has a double bed and air-conditioning while the other one has two single beds, heating and fans.
