Description: The DF Modern Ramblas 1A Barcelona Apartment is completely new and was constructed in 2011. This apartment in Barcelona is situated in the city centre of Barcelona, just two minutes walk from Las Ramblas.The living space has been decorated with modern and very comfortable furniture; there is also a double sofa bed in the living room providing space for two extra guests. The spacious and bright living area has a table and chairs for dining. There is also a television equipped with Satellite TV and DVD.The American Kitchen is open plan and continues through from the living space, the kitchen is fully equipped so that you can cook during your stay in Barcelona if you wish. It's made up of an oven, dishwasher, washerdryer, toaster, cafetiere, juicer, microwave, ironironing board and a fridgefreezer.What's more is that the apartment has a large terrace where you can pass some time with friends and family, there is furniture on the terrace, tables and seats for dining or relaxing.This apartment in Barcelona center is an excellent option for vacation or business trip. The extra features of this apartment are; Air conditioningCentral Heating, Elevator, Hairdryer, Internet Access, Bed sheets and Towels.
Directions: This apartment is situated in the Raval District of Barcelona, just two minutes walk from the famous boulevard of Las Ramblas, at 2km in length the street extends from the center in Plaza Catalunya, right down to the Port of Barcelona and the Sea. On the way down this wonderful street you'll find florists, little pet shops, and a wide variety of highly talented artists. Also in just five minutes walk from the apartment you will find the Boqueria Market, The Liceu Theatre, The Impressive Palau Güell designed for the renowned Catalan architect Antonio Gaudi. There is also the Plaça Reial, with its large central fountain and interesting streetlamps, also designed by Gaudi. However, you will have to take the keys in Check In office located in Sagrada Familia. The public transport connections to the city centre are very good and close by. The station is called Sagrada Familia and you can take the blue Metro-Line L5 and the purple Metro-Line L2 to get to the city centre. Another metro station close by is Joanic (L4 yellow). From here you get directly to the city centre without changing into another metro. From the airport you can choose to take the bus or the train. Both options are cheap (about 4 per person) and take no more than 30 minutes to get to Barcelona. If you decide for the bus, please walk from Plaça Catalunya to Plaça Urquinaona (just behind the shopping centre Corte Ingles) and make a connection to Joanic. Please take the yellow Metro-Line L4. Once you get to Joanic. It takes you no more than 10 minutes walking to get to your apartment.If you decide to take the train it is even easier. Once you arrive in the main train station Sants-Estació, you change into the blue Metro-Line L5. Drive 5 stops and you arrive at your destination: Sagrada Familia. From here you walk 10 minutes to get to your apartment.
